Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refund Policy
All of our products are made to order, which means each item is printed and fulfilled specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or similar circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to send anything back.
Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us and we'll do our best to help resolve the issue.
